Privacy policy
Last updated 11 October 2026.
Infinite Webworks ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, through the project planner, the contact form or by email. That can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and the details you share about your project.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver the project.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email. These providers may store data outside Australia. We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.
Your browser
To save you retyping, the project planner may keep a draft of your non-contact answers in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. Your name, email and phone number are never stored this way.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@infinitewebworks.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
