01 Project introduction
The Barkyard Club runs dog daycare, kennel-free boarding, beach adventures and a puppy programme from a home setting in Southport on the Gold Coast. Every dog starts with a trial day.
02 The brief
A site with real personality that turns curious dog owners into booked trial days, and a system behind it that keeps every enquiry, dog and booking in one place.
03 The challenge
Owners arrive with different needs, from weekday care to overnight stays to a nervous new puppy. The site had to route each of them to the right service quickly, and every enquiry had to arrive reliably, even if an email went missing.
04 Our solution
A bold, friendly identity carries the brand, and a "find their fit" guide asks owners what they need in plain language before recommending a service. Every path ends at the $30 trial day. Enquiries are stored on the server as well as emailed, so a lead can never be lost to an inbox.
05 Design & development
Rounded display type, warm cream and forest green, and real photos of the Club's own dogs. Prices sit next to each service so there is no guesswork. On mobile, the trial-day call to action stays one thumb away.
